Dear parents and students, 

Please note that the upcoming swimming test with certification will be conducted at your respective Swimming Complex. Please register now if you have received the registration form. 

 

Test Date: 3rd Week of May 2024 (Between 13th May & 19th May 2024).

Singapore Swim School will be conducting the tests during the students' usual swimming lesson slots at their respective swimming venue. 

 

Test fees are at $25 per student (certificate award + woven badge upon passing of grade).

 

Students have to register for the test within 2 days of receiving this form. Payment of test fees ($25 per student) shall be made together with their usual monthly lesson fees via Paynow to Singapore Swim School UEN (53217200X).

 

Late registration and/or payments will result in the eventual cancellation of your child's test.

Students who are unable to make it for the actual test date can request for another date within the examinable window (13th May & 19th May 2024).
