Focuses on water safety, basic water confidence, floating, and fundamental strokes (Freestyle and Backstroke).

2. Adult Swim Fundamentals
Designed for adults who want to overcome water phobia, learn the basics of swimming, or improve stamina and form for fitness.
Objective: Learn a functional stroke and basic water survival skills.
3. Private 1-on-1 Lessons (8 Sessions)
