Dear parents and students, 

Please note that the upcoming swimming test will be conducted at your condo pool. Only students who are ready and given the test registration form can register for this round of tests. 

 

Test Date: Nov/Dec 2023 (Actual date to be confirmed by your coach)

Singapore Swim School will be conducting the tests during the students' usual swimming lesson slots. Test fees are at $25 per student (certificate award + woven badge upon passing of grade).

 

Students have to register for the test within 2 days of receiving this form. Payment of test fees ($25 per student) shall be made together with their usual monthly lesson fees via Paynow to your swim coach. Late registration and/or payments will result in the eventual cancellation of your child's test.

Students who are unable to make it for the actual test date can request for another date within the examinable window Nov/Dec 2023.
